Excelente atención, el lugar es muy bonito y agradable, el personal te hace sentir cómodo y con un ambiente familiar en todo momento, su atención fue excelente, 100% recomendado, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, muchas gracias por sus atenciones y por su calidez y amabilidad, sin duda alguna volveremos a visitarlos!
Excelente lugar! 100% recomendado Está a 2 min caminando de la playa. La atención y el servicio es muy bueno, son muy amables! Y el penthouses que fue donde nos hospedamos es muy comodo, tiene una vista a la playa muy linda, mucho espacio! Y una terraza exclusiva con asador enorme! Solo tomen en cuenta que no hay mucho estacionamiento, para que intenten ir en un solo auto o camioneta! Pero eso es en general en Chacala, ya que es pequeño. Sin duda volveré a hospedarme ahí!

Excelente lugar para vacacionar y relajarse. El hotel parece ser nuevo prácticamente, por lo que es moderno y muy cómodo. La cama está de lujo, tenía muchos dias qué no dormía como dormí ahí. El propietario es super amable y servicial, se ofreció a llevarnos personalmente a lugares dónde él recomienda desayunar/comer. La verdad la atención esta super buena, me voy con muy buen sabor de boca del lugar. Tiene una alberca pequeña, pero super limpia como para que los niños pasen un momento agradable ahí. Yo no conocía Chacala, me enamore y pienso volver, y sin dudarlo, volveré a ése hotel.
